SB-blog-046-300x225When I went to Jamaica on vacation I wanted to swim with the dolphins. They are such loving magical intuitive animals. I got to kiss Misty here and I will never forget it.

Most of us New Yorkers live in our cubicles and barely have time to take a bath, much less connect to the ocean and all its magical inhabitants. Since we are at least 70% water, when we disconnect with it, we disconnect with ourselves and our essence.

If you can’t go to Jamaica, take a bath and meditate with dolphin sounds or do a shamanic journey with a dolphin as your Spirit guide and see what wisdom you receive from him or her. Ask a question and see what you are told or shown. I describe how to do this in my book, The book of Sacred Baths: 52 Bathing Rituals to Revitalize Your Spirit.’

Reconnect with the loving watery nature of your soul. You’ll be glad you did!

Happy Bathing,
Paulette
